Refund Policy
The Forbidden History of Mankind is a digital product delivered electronically after payment through Paddle. Because access is sent after purchase, sales are final except where required by law, where Paddle's buyer support process requires a different outcome, or where we confirm a duplicate charge or technical delivery issue.
No Refunds After Digital Delivery
Once Paddle confirms payment and the digital download link has been sent to the checkout email address, the order is generally not refundable. This policy is intended to describe our store policy for digital delivery and does not limit any rights a customer may have through Paddle or applicable law.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, email [email protected] with the checkout email, Paddle order or transaction reference, and purchase date so we can review it.
Delivery Issues
If you paid but did not receive the download link, contact us and we will help resend access to the email address used at checkout. We keep delivery records so payment and access issues can be reviewed clearly.
Processing Time For Approved Exceptions
If an exception is approved, it will be submitted as soon as reasonably possible. Paddle, your bank, or your card issuer may take additional time to post funds back to your account.
Accidental Purchases
Please review the product, format, price, and delivery terms before buying. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us with the Paddle order or transaction details so we can review the order.
